I was raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio. I am 41, happily married with one dog.
I became a Pantheist over 20 years ago during my independent study of quantum mechanics, relativity and philosophy. I graduated
from Kent State University and have been teaching science for over 10 years now to high school students. I joined the World
Pantheist Movement in order to enhance my knowledge of science and philosophy but primarily to expand the availability of
Pantheism to others.
I have over 50 web pages dedicated to Pantheism and I continue to add new ones. I keep involved in many of the mailing lists
and message boards. I have recently [2001] volunteered to take over as the WPM Information Officer. I have facilitated Ohio
Area Pantheists gatherings and coordinated the WPM booth at the UU General Assembly at Cleveland Convention Center in late
June 2001.
I want the WPM to grow and become what it should. I would like to help out as much as I can. We need to continue the drive
for local groups but also for more world recognition. We need to advertise. I did not vote for GWBush. I will always be a
Pantheist.
My favorite activities are to travel with my wife and see this wonderful world. I have stood on the smouldering Kiluea volcano,
watched the sunrise over Haleakala crater and hiked up Mount Vesuvius. I have seen the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Mammoth
Cave and the Alps. I have dipped my toes in the Atlantic, the Pacific and the Mediterranean. I have seen the Hoover Dam, the
Statue of David and the Kennedy Space Center. I have seen the Thames, the Tiber and the Mississippi. I've seen the Rolling
Stones, River Dance, a Luau and the classics in St. Marks Square.
I am reading the Wisdom of Laotze and have just finished the Upanishads. I taught a unit on logic in my senior physics class
and have advised the Ecology Club and Chess Club. I own a telescope and I know how to use it. I am a member of the Planetary
Society, National Geographic and the Friends of Wetlands. I will do my best to help this group. Keep the Dream Alive.
